Assam Police Constable Recruitment 2025 Apply Online for 1715 Constable Vacancies slprbassam.in Assam State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) recently invites online applications from eligible and interested assam residence and employment exchange registered for filling up of total 1715 posts of Constable (UB) 1052 posts & Constables (AB) 663 posts in the Assam Police Department. Eligible criteria:
1. Candidate must be a Citizen of India and Permanent Resident of Assam
2. The Applicant must be registered with local Employment Exchange office in Assam
3 The candidate must speak Assamese or any other State language fluently
4 The Applicant age limit between 18-25 years as on 01-01-2026
5. Age Relaxation 5 years for SC, ST (P) / ST (H), 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 3 years for Home Guards/VDPs/Civil Defence Voluteers, 10 years for Former Members of Militant Organization

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have completed H.S. or Class XII from Assam Govt recognized Board or Council for Constable (Unarmed Branch) posts, for applying Constable (Armed Branch) posts should have passed HSLC or Class X from Assam Govt recognized Board or Council. Higher qualification candidates may apply for both AB & UB constable posts and has to clarify his/her preference for the posts.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis Physical Efficiency Test, Written Test and Oral/Viva-voice. For Constable (UB) posts including Academic marks will be calculated for merit list.

Candidates would be required to apply through online mode from the official website apcap.in from 16.12.2025 to 16.01.2026.
